We will make every effort to investigate your concerns immediately. However, in some circumstances we may need to speak with other parties. In these cases the process can take longer. We will let you know who is handling your dispute and how you can contact them.
In the unlikely event that your complaint cannot be resolved directly with G & C Finance-Mortgage Services, you may refer the complaint to an ASIC Approved External Resolution (EDR) Scheme. Our external dispute resolution provider is Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provides a free and independent dispute resolution service to assist customers.
